We screen your standing posture, single-leg balance, gait, and key joint ranges to find the asymmetry that's setting up your next injury, then build a corrective protocol you run on your own training days. Delivered by a licensed massage therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist at our Cutler Bay and West Kendall studios in Miami.
A movement-based diagnostic and corrective service. The operator screens how you stand, balance, walk, squat, hinge, and reach. Then identifies the asymmetry, compensation, or restriction that's quietly driving your tightness, soreness, or recurring tweak.
Most people only address injury at the symptom level. The hamstring keeps going. The shoulder keeps grinding. The same calf keeps cramping. The reason is almost never the muscle that hurts. It's the joint above or below it doing the wrong job. Biomechanics work finds that pattern and gives you the corrective work to interrupt it.
This is the service to book before you get hurt, after you come back from being hurt, or when training has stopped progressing without a clear reason.
The assessment finds the imbalance. The recovery stack helps the corrective work actually take. Most clients pair biomechanics with one or two recovery modalities below.
The initial biomechanics assessment runs 60 minutes and includes the written protocol. Follow-up sessions are 30 or 60 minutes depending on the corrective work programmed.
