Normatec compression therapy at Legendary Recovery uses sequential pneumatic boots, hip sleeves, and arm sleeves to push blood and lymphatic fluid out of fatigued tissue. Sessions run 30 minutes at our Cutler Bay and West Kendall studios in Miami, available as a stand-alone session for $20 or as an add-on to any therapy session.
Normatec is a sequential pneumatic compression system. Chambers in the boots, hip sleeves, or arm sleeves inflate in waves from the foot up, pushing fluid out of the limb the same way a manual lymphatic drainage session would, but mechanically and with more pressure than any human can apply by hand.
Pro athletes have used Normatec for over a decade. NFL teams, NBA teams, MLB clubhouses, and Olympic training centers all run them as part of standard recovery. The reason: there is no faster way to clear systemic leg fatigue in a 30-minute window.
Legendary Recovery uses the same gear professional clubs use. The boots cover legs from foot to upper thigh. We also have hip and arm sleeves for athletes whose sport loads more than the lower body.
Recovery works best in combinations. Here is how normatec compression therapy pairs with the rest of the stack.
All pricing is consistent across both Miami studios. New clients save 20% on their first session.
Available at both Legendary Recovery locations. Cutler Bay serves athletes from Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, and Pinecrest. West Kendall serves Kendall, The Hammocks, and Westchester.
